Your impact:

In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to work on groundbreaking projects that push the limits of what’s possible. We’re searching for a Full Stack Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment, and is eager to embrace new technologies and frameworks. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of features across the stack, ensuring the highest level of performance, security, and user experience. Your work will directly influence the success of our new product currently in closed beta, addressing both front-end and back-end challenges to deliver exceptional global user experiences.

Role Deliverables:

End-to-End Development: Lead the design and development of highly scalable, distributed solutions across the full stack, driving the creation of high-impact products that solve real-world problems. Data-Driven Features: Develop new features and infrastructure that align with data-driven insights and customer feedback, ensuring our products meet and exceed user expectations. Performance and Scalability: Ensure application performance, uptime, and scalability, maintaining rigorous standards of code quality and innovative application design. Technical Leadership: Provide technical solutions that address business needs, gather and refine requirements, and translate them into actionable development plans. Collaboration and Mentorship: Utilize strong team management and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, while mentoring junior engineers to elevate team performance.

What we are looking for:

Experience: 5+ years of experience in building large-scale software applications, with a proven track record of leveraging technology to solve complex challenges. Education: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering is preferred but not mandatory. Technical Expertise:

Advanced knowledge of TypeScript, Node.js, React, and database management.
Strong experience in building web applications and designing/integrating RESTful APIs.
Expertise in optimizing databases for performance and scalability.

Data-Driven Mindset: A passion for using data and customer feedback to drive decision-making and product development. Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent debugging, optimization, and troubleshooting abilities, with a focus on creating effective, scalable solutions. Testing Proficiency: Experience with unit and integration testing to ensure robust and reliable software delivery.
