Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our team. You’ll play a crucial role in designing, building, and optimizing our backend systems, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and high-performing. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, can meet tight deadlines, and has deep expertise in backend development for fintech applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Node.js, Express, and NestJS.
Design and implement scalable APIs and microservices.
Work with AWS (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, etc.) and Google Cloud Console to build and manage cloud-based infrastructure.
Design and implement event-driven architectures using message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or SQS).
Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and TypeScript best practices.
Collaborate with frontend engineers, product teams, and data engineers to deliver high-performance solutions.
Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize application performance, and ensure system reliability.
Work under tight deadlines and handle pressure effectively in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
