Role Summary:

We’re looking for a talented and creative Graphics Designer to join our innovative team. As a Graphics Designer at Pastel, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and cohesive designs that enhance our brand identity and effectively communicate our message. You will work closely with various teams to develop graphics for digital and print media, ensuring our brand stands out and resonates with our audience

Role Deliverables

Graphic Design: Create visually compelling graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website banners, marketing materials, presentations, and more.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives.
Content Creation: Develop original content, including illustrations, icons, and infographics, to effectively communicate complex ideas.
Creative Input: Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions to develop innovative design concepts.
Feedback Incorporation: Take feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs while maintaining the quality and integrity of the original concept.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the tech or finance sector.
